Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Expight Media website, the Field Journal, the strategy-call request form, the general contact form, and other pages that link to this policy. It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy notices.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit a strategy-call request, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, company or gym name, job title, website, service area, number of locations, the type of help you are seeking, your description of the current challenge, preferred contact method and time, and any social-media links you choose to provide. When you use the general contact form, we collect the name, email address, company, topic, and message you choose to submit.

Information collected automatically

When you use the site, our hosting, security, and analytics tools may receive technical information such as browser and device type, operating system, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, date and time, IP-derived security information, and cookie or session identifiers.

Communications

If you communicate with Expight Media, we may retain the message and related contact information so we can respond and maintain an appropriate business record.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Review strategy-call requests and determine whether there may be a useful fit.
• Respond to general inquiries, website issues, privacy requests, terms questions, and other correspondence.
• Arrange strategy conversations when an opportunity appears aligned.

Submitting a request does not guarantee or automatically schedule a strategy call.

Service providers

Expight Media uses service providers that process information on our behalf or provide infrastructure for the website. These currently include:

• Hostinger and WordPress for website hosting, content management, and delivery of general contact-form messages to the site administration email address.
• Keap to process strategy-call form submissions and manage prospect communications.
• Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, page use, and conversion activity.
• Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.

These providers may process information in different countries and under their own contractual and privacy terms. We do not ask Google Analytics to receive form-field content such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a first-party analytics-preference cookie to remember whether a visitor allows optional Google Analytics measurement. Analytics does not load until permission is granted. The strategy-call flow may also use a short-lived functional cookie to protect the confirmation page. When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may use a first-party _ga cookie or related identifiers to distinguish visits and sessions. reCAPTCHA may use security signals and a _grecaptcha cookie to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.

You can allow, decline, or revisit optional analytics through the site’s Analytics preferences control. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser. Blocking security or functional technologies may affect form protection or confirmation behavior.

How information is shared

Expight Media does not sell personal information. We may disclose information:

• To the service providers described above so they can perform services for us.

This website is directed to business owners and professionals and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the strategy-call or general contact forms.

International processing

Expight Media and its providers may process information outside the country where you live. Where required, appropriate transfer mechanisms or contractual protections should be used.
